PRISON MINISTRY
Every Sunday morning we lead worship services at the Moss Justice Center. Once a quarter we provide a Saturday night dessert fellowship with Christian bands and a Gospel presentation. On October 4, 10 West End volunteers fed desserts to 70 inmates and led them in an evangelistic program. Here are some of the results from the decision cards that were turned in: 21 wanted more information about a personal relationship with Jesus Christ; 17 prayed for the first time asking Jesus Christ to forgive their sins and to the leader of their life; 17 reaffirmed an earlier commitment they had made to Christ; 16 wanted to get involved in a weekly Bible study to grow spiritually; and 34 asked us to pray for their specific requests. If you would like to be a part of seeing God transform lives every week through this ministry, call John Horn at 803-327-2811 ext 225.
ATHLETICS
Children's and youth basketball teams are now organizing for their seaons which begin in January. For more info, call Mike Surratte at 327-2811.
